The IMS is simple to set-up, configure and use. Both the desktop and mobile versions are web based with nothing to install so they are available for users 24/7 – all that’s required is internet access.
Configuring the IMS with venue, event or business specific information has also been made simple to have users collectively managing information quickly and effectively.
The IMS’s intuitive and familiar layout and interfaces helps simplify user training to quickly develop a willingness by users to collaborate and manage information via the IMS.

The IMS features a smart management approach where a template system allows for the setup of predefined task linked to triggers. Creation of an event in the IMS can then automatically trigger notification to predefined users of task to be completed and as task are completed, additional triggers are automatically triggered enabling users to be proactively alerted to complete specific tasks across complex workflows to manage information and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
