Overview

The 4 global IMS Corporate system is a web based information management system specifically designed for use by corporate crisis management teams to capture, manage and track information relating to an issue, incident or crisis.

Configure the IMS Corporate system as part of your corporate crisis management planning process by uploading all your crisis management documentation such as procedures, contact information, location maps etc so that they're all in one place and everyone that needs this information can access it easily.

Also configure standard workflow processes in IMS Corporate so that when a crisis hits, the entire crisis management team is reminded of what they need to do to get the crisis management process up and running quickly.  Configure what email alerts will automatically be sent to which people as issues and tasks are entered into the system.

When a crisis hits, create a new event in the system.  All other information that is collected throughout the course  of the crisis will be attached to this event record.  IMS Corporate will also automatically generate run-sheets that map the workflow processes that need to be followed and set up tasks for members of the crisis management team to complete to get the ball rolling quickly and efficiently.  Those involved will receive email reminders of tasks that must be completed and can also log into the system to get a view, customised to their role, of what the need to get done.

As the crisis management process moves from the initial actions to the deliberate response phase capture issues as they arise.  Update their status, escalate them, allocate tasks to people and record logs as the issues progress through to resolution.

People on the ground at the crisis locations add and update issues using their mobile devices and upload photos and videos so that others have access to the very latest information on the ground.  If they choose to share their locations, mobile users update their physical location in the system so that managers and controllers know what resources are where.

Individuals track, manage and update tasks and logs associated with their current role through the action centre view. As tasks are marked as complete, the entire system is updated so everybody knows what has been done.

Configurable status boards keep track of key indicators and measures such as harm to people, stakeholder management and, asset damage  These can be displayed electronically and take the place of traditional whiteboards attached to the wall of the crisis managg

Various interactive dashboard views provide an overview of the current status of the event for senior managers or to display on the big screen in event control rooms or coordination centres.  These views constantly update themselves with the latest information.

At the end of proceedings, when the dust has settled, export all your data into MS Excel spreadsheets and hide the crisis from view in the system, presenting a clean interface ready for the start of the next crisis.
