A key part of 4 global's Readiness & Resilience work is focussed on capability development. That is developing within an organisation a new, or enhancing an existing capability that strengthens an organisation's readiness & resilience.
Examples of our capability development projects include developing the corporate crisis management capability for organisations in high risk industries such as oil & gas, mining, etc. Another example is developing internal readiness exercising capability within international major event organising committees. Developing an operations readiness exercising capability enables an organisation to substantially lead and manage its readiness program using it own trained staff to deliver a high standard of readiness exercising for their teams and those of their key partners.
